Use the link you received in your email or text to make changes to your appointment. You must provide 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of appointments. There will be a $50 charge without advance notice. The employer’s group benefits provider (e.g. Employee Assistance Program) or the insurance company (e.g. ICBC) will not cover any cancellation expenses due to short notice.
