Returning clients, or new clients who have completed their Intake and Consent Forms, may use the online booking system to schedule a counselling session.
In-Person and Online Counselling
Counselling sessions are available in person or online, depending on your needs and circumstances.
In-Person Counselling
In-person sessions are available at my counselling office in Metrotown, Burnaby. See the location information below for directions and parking.
Online and Phone Counselling
Online counselling is available by secure video. Phone counselling may also be available for established clients when appropriate. I generally recommend that we first meet in person or by video before switching to phone sessions.
Availability
Regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
A standard counselling session is 50 minutes. For couples and families, an 80-minute session is also available when more time is needed to explore relationship or family concerns.

Metrotown Burnaby Location
4885 Kingsway, Suite 303, Burnaby, BC V5H 4T2
The office is located one block north of Metropolis at Metrotown, at the northwest corner of Kingsway and Nelson Avenue. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from both Metrotown and Royal Oak SkyTrain stations.
The building offers free two-hour parking in any stall marked “Commercial.” The parking entrance is on Hazel Street, which runs parallel to Kingsway.
